Shanise Faust is a Business Development Associate, assigned to Cinnaire’s Madison, WI, office. She studies the local real estate market dynamics and policies that impact affordable housing developments and shares her perspective and guidance with local developers.
Seeking to bridge gaps across housing, education and employment for underserved communities, Shanise has held several positions supporting affordable housing in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Cinnaire, she served as Development Services Coordinator for Commonwealth Development Corporation, maintaining real estate portfolios and assisting in the completion of LIHTC applications. She also worked as a Property Manager for Palisade Property Management, attracting tenants and ensuring repairs and renovations were successfully completed.
Shanise graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a double major in International Studies-Politics and Policy in a Global Economy, and Spanish.
