Michelle is Cinnaire’s Learning Management Software (LMS) Content Specialist, Human Resources, in the Lansing, MI office. She creates materials for the Learning and Talent Development team, including overseeing the development of training and informational videos.
Prior to this, Michelle served as Recruitment Coordinator for Cinnaire’s Human Resources and was a contract employee supporting Loan Servicing, Asset Management, and other Cinnaire departments. Before joining Cinnaire in 2020, Michelle was a Hospitality/Office Services Representative for Excela Technologies at a local law firm.
Michelle is a committed team player and is most fulfilled when busy with a variety of projects. Her strong work ethic and love of learning new things allows her to bring her best to the Cinnaire family.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys video games, puzzles, and spoiling her cat.
