Matt is an Assistant Underwriter based in our Grand Rapids, MI office where he supports underwriters in evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments. In this role, he assesses borrower’s and guarantor’s financial statements, the capacity of the development team and the real estate market where proposed investments will be located.
Matt’s love of technical analysis and commitment to demonstrating respect and empathy for all he meets are strong assets he brings to the Cinnaire team. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Matt worked as a financial analyst at Management Resources Development where he delivered a wide range of financial analysis and operational reporting for a real estate management and development firm.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business.
