Brianna is Manager, Equity Analysis, in Cinnaire’s Lansing, MI, Office. She leads the Analyst Team as they fulfill their critical role ensuring model accuracy, advancing deal progression, communicating across departments, and contributing to developers’ impressions of Cinnaire as a partner. Brianna joined Cinnaire as an Underwriting Closing Coordinator where she efficiently guided a multitude of real estate investments and loans through the due diligence, closing, and transition processes. She was promoted to Assistant Underwriter, helping to evaluate and structure real estate equity investments and assessing the risks and mitigants.

Brianna is an organized team player with over five years of experience in the financial services industry, where she has excelled at inspiring change through action.  Prior to Cinnaire, she was Assistant Branch Manager at Empyreal Logistics where she evaluated operations logistics to implement efficiency improvements. As a Senior Branch Banker at PNC Bank, she maintained a strong client follow-up system and assisted overseeing operation responsibilities.

Brianna earned a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Central Michigan University.
