April serves as Asset Manager, Stabilized Assets in Cinnaire’s Lansing, MI office where she oversees a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments. Her responsibilities include ensuring the financial success of the partnerships, continuing compliance with the executed partnership agreement, quarterly and annual reporting, and adherence to regulatory agreements.
A highly motivated team leader and broker with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, April incorporates a strategic and hands-on approach when identifying and assisting with distressed assets through Receivership, REO, and third-party management. Prior to joining Cinnaire, she served as Director of Asset Management for City Club Apartments in Detroit; Managing Broker for Align Asset Management; and Senior Vice President of Multi Family & Student Housing for Foresite Realty Partners during which time she was recognized by the Midwest RE Journal as a Real Estate Top 40 Women under 40.
April earned a BS in Education and is now pursuing her MBA in Finance from Central Michigan University. She is licensed in Michigan as both a teacher and a Real Estate Broker and is affiliated with the Property Management Association of Michigan.
