Building Blocks, a non-profit development affiliate of Cinnaire, recently announced the corporation has rebranded to become Cinnaire Solutions. Building Blocks was established as a strategic entity designed to assist developers build their portfolios and support community development in distressed neighborhoods in Michigan by utilizing Building Blocks expertise and best-in-class services. Now known as Cinnaire Solutions, the non-profit development entity will continue to advance economic revitalization and community development efforts throughout a 9-state footprint.
Cinnaire Solutions provides technical expertise, resources and support to undercapitalized and emerging for- and non-profit development agents. With experience in historic adaptive reuse, acquisition and rehabilitation, mixed-use development, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), and market rate developments, Cinnaire Solutions will work closely with developers, community leaders, neighborhood associations, non-profit organizations, investors and project partners to revitalize distressed communities.
