Tim is an Equity Underwriter in our Indianapolis, IN office. He is responsible for evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments and assessing their associated risks and mitigants.
Tim has more than 10 years of experience working in the affordable housing industry, developing an expertise in managing underwriting practices, analyzing financial documentation and compiling LIHTC applications. Throughout his career, Tim has sought out and implemented new systems that streamline processes and expand opportunities for the clients he has served. Prior to joining Cinnaire, he served as HOME Grant Coordinator for the City of Indianapolis and Vice President of Underwriting at Merchants Affordable Housing Corp.
Tim has a passion for learning. He received a B.S in Finance and a B.A. in History from Indiana University. He went on to earn his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Most recently, he completed the Leadership Education and Accelerated Development (LEAD) Program with the City of Indianapolis. Tim has served on the board for the United Northeast Community Development Corporation and the Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation in Indianapolis.
