Theresa is an Equity Processor based in Cinnaire’s Wilmington, DE office. She maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters, attorneys and third-party vendors, providing them critical customer service that helps advance equity investments through the due diligence, closing, and transition processes.
With over 15 years of experience processing leasing applications for properties in Housing and Urban Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Theresa has proven to be tenacious at identifying creative solutions to challenging situations. She has served as a Community Manager at HDCMidAtlantic, LLC, Flats Phase I, processing applicants through rigorous compliance procedures to qualify household meeting goals; Community Supervisor for Hunt Companies, processing accounts for military and state employees in 900 single-family homes; and Site Manager for Church Housing Corp. supervising the planning and implementation of a HUD PRAC-202 64-unit senior citizen apartment building.
Theresa graduated from Delaware County Community College with an Associates in Business Administration and West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
