Administrative Coordinator

In her role as administrative coordinator, Deb provides support for business development, human resources and the senior vice president of administrative services. Specifically, she is responsible for reporting and tracking building issues and maintenance requests, troubleshooting equipment issues, updating professional and organizational memberships, making travel arrangements, maintaining supply inventory, managing strategic communications mailings, reconciling business expenses, coordinating meetings and registering team members for events.  

For the previous 10 years, Deb was the office manager for Community Research Services.
