Vice President, Dispositions

Rich Swantek joined Cinnaire in 1998 and is currently Vice President of Cinnaire’s Dispositions department. In this position, Rich works with partners to transfer project ownership to the sponsor upon completion of the 15-year compliance period and oversees 2 Dispositions Relationship Managers and a half-time financial analyst.

Previously, Rich was Director of Asset Stabilization. He serves on the Board of Directors of Cinnaire affiliates Property Stabilization, Inc. and New Beginnings Properties, Inc., which serve as replacement general partner for troubled equity investments. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Rich was regional controller for a worldwide advertising agency. He held various positions with a major multi-family real estate development company in Michigan, which developed, designed, constructed and managed developments utilizing the low-income housing tax credit program.

Rich obtained his CPA license in 1980 and practiced public accounting through 1984 with an emphasis on serving both the residential and commercial real estate industry.

Rich earned his B.S. from Central Michigan University.
