Kemeng Wang is the Director, Loan Portfolio Management, out of Cinnaire’s Lansing, MI, office. She joined Cinnaire as a Financial Analyst in 2017.
The debt portfolio for which Kemeng and her team are responsible includes loan types such as multifamily permanent loans, pre-development loans, acquisition loans, constructions loans, bridge loans and lines of credit. It includes property types ranging from multifamily, commercial, hotel, and community facilities. Cinnaire’s loan portfolio has been intentionally cultivated to support Cinnaire’s overarching mission of providing opportunities to all people through healthy communities.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Kemeng had internships at Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and local accounting firms. Kemeng earned her Master of Accounting degree from Michigan State University and her MBA degree with a Finance concentration from University of Michigan.
