Kelly serves as Senior Development Analyst, Cinnaire Solutions in our Madison, WI office. She is charged with assisting in the underwriting of real estate debt and investments related to Cinnaire Solutions’ investments in affordable housing.
Kelly has a strong background in LIHTC, finance and affordable housing. She has worked in the affordable housing industry as an analyst, consultant, and development associate prior to joining Cinnaire. In her current role as a Senior Development Analyst, she works on projects through every stage of the development process by preparing and evaluating financial proformas, financing applications, closing due diligence, design and construction.
Kelly earned her Bachelors in Economics from University of Wisconsin, Madison, her Certificate in Project Management from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and participated in The Leadership Institute.
