Fatima is a Development Associate for Cinnaire Solutions in our Madison office. In this position, she supports project management, municipal entitlements, and funding source applications across Cinnaire’s footprint.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2019, Fatima was an Assistant Project Manager at Jordan Construction services charged with managing construction projects and properties. She also served a an underwriting officer at Bank of America where she managed and trained underwriters and credit analysts.
Fatima is the owner of 5 Points Art Gallery and Studios, an exhibition space in Milwaukee focused on promoting contemporary works by artists of color and other marginalized groups. She is passionate about creating equity in under-served communities via conscious real estate development, interior design and the arts. Being a visual artists of mixed-media abstractions, Fatima loves experimenting with new concepts, stretching the narrative of what is possible, and creating culturally rich milieus.
Fatima earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University. She is a 2019 graduate of the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, an industry-supported initiative that recruits and retains minorities for professional careers in the field of commercial real estate.
