Job Summary: As part of the Cinnaire Solutions team, the Development Intern provides data analysis and reporting, organizational support to Cinnaire’s real estate development business, and general administrative support.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides organizational support, data collection, document coordination and content creation to Development Managers, Associates, and Analysts on funding applications, RFPs, closings, and lease-up.
- Supports information needed to coordinate with external partners such as construction managers and property management.
- Works closely with members of the Cinnaire Solutions team to support needed tasks related to properties.
- Effectively communicates internally among and between teams and externally with partners, lenders, and syndicators as needed.
- Assist CSC team with various tasks and pro forma analysis. Intern will:
- Utilize financial models and review historical financial statements to support new development analysis.
- Do preliminary data research for newer markets.
- Research, review, and provide analysis on various state and federal affordable housing-related
deals, dashboards, and programs. - Complete general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple
- Familiarity with real estate development process; familiarity with the Affordable Housing & Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program is preferred.
- Strong self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with GIS and Google Mapping beneficial.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

Travel Required: Travel to properties within City of Madison
Duration: Temporary internship available until August 2025.
