Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) has announced the finalists for its 10th annual Readers’ Choice Awards for the nation’s best developments of 2013-2014 — and one of Cinnaire’s own made the list.
The Lincoln Apartments of Indianapolis, Indiana is competing in the Special Needs category, whose winner will be determined by the readers of Affordable Housing Finance. AHF Readers’ Choice Awards are amongst the most prestigious in the nation, thereby fitting for the Lincoln Apartments, whose 75 units are home to formerly homeless Veterans in the first Permanent Supportive Housing facility of its sort in the metro-Indy region.
